Livestock Transporation

Livestock transportation will be provided by the buyer. If you are in the local area, we can deliver the animal(s) up to 15 miles without charge.

Terms and Conditions

Terms of the sale are cash or Cashier's Check (from Chase Bank or Bank of America only), unless previous arrangements have been made. Settlement must be made at the time the animal is picked up from The Double U Ranch. Sale cattle will not be released or papers tranferred until proper settlement has been made in full.

Certificate of Registration

A transferred registration paper will be furnished to the buyer for each registered animal, unless the buyer requests no registration paper. Papers will not be tranferred until proper settlement has been made on the purchase. Please allow time for processing of paperwork through the breed association.

Rights and Obligations

The above terms and conditions of sale shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller of each animal and shall be equally binding upon both. Other than the guarantees and warranties stated above, no other warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied.
